Notes
Bob: New Records came from Bonaparte's by East Croydon station - we both bought Matt Johnson's Burning Blue Soul and The A Tent record, this avant garde jazz thing on Cherry Red, from there. (Source: Foxbase Alpha Deluxe/Special Edition)
Bonaparte Records was located at 101 George Street right beside the train station and operated from 1977-1982. In 1982 till 1990, 101 Records took over the same location. Virgin Records, also on George Street was just down the road
Bob: 101 Records (where I bought Josef K's Chance Meeting, the B52s' Wild Planet and Love's Forever Changes), Virgin Records (from which I guiltily picked up half a dozen copies of Joy Division's Komakino flexi) (Source: Issue #12 of An Antidote To Indifference)
