The CD EP includes a new 3.35 radio version of ‘Dive' plus 3 brand new songs ‘London Like A Distant Son’ ‘Doods Brow’ and ‘Obvious’. Those who’ve heard the EP think new recordings should have been included on ‘Home Counties’.

We’re really pleased with how these turned out and Sarah says…

“I started writing ‘Dive' with Carwyn Ellis in early 2016, we’d worked on my solo album together and were on a bit of a roll. I love the final result, it reminds me of care free summer days growing up in Home Counties Windsor fooling around on the Thames. My favourite song on the EP is ‘Obvious' which is about leaving your hometown and boomeranging back later in life. It’s something that didn’t happen to me but so many of my old friends have returned to Windsor or infact never left. I envy the fact that they meet up together in the same pubs we used to hang out in our teens. That would be a welcome treat right now as I’m missing my recently departed friend Mick Bund. This release is dedicated to him.”

Both CD’s come in hand stickered gatefold card wallets as per the Home Counties album CD with new artwork from Scott King. The Remix CD includes three brand new remixes of the song…

1. Dive - Colorama & Shawn Lee remix - 8.20
2. Dive - Greg Wilson & Derek Kaye remix - 7.50
3. Dive - Matt Berry remix - 3.51
The remixes are three of the best we’ve ever had done and here’s what Sarah has to say about the Colorama and Shawn Lee mix…..

“It’s a full on 8 minute disco epic. Get your dancing shoes on for this and the Greg Willson/Derek Kaye version, you won’t be disappointed!!”

Bob adds “Greg Wilson is an all time discotheque hero, he and Derek Kaye have understood the school holiday essence of ‘Dive' and made something liquid and beautiful.”

After hearing Matt Berry’s mix Pete declared….."This is everything you would hope a Matt Berry remix would be - like a cover of ‘Dive' by the K.P.M. All Stars performed in Scarfolk town hall.”

All three mixes plus the radio edit feature on the vinyl edition and the EP’s will be available to purchase via iTunes too.

Roll on Monday!!
