Jeff Barrett started up Heavenly with Mike Chadwick in 1990 at 83 Clerkenwell Road which was to be an in-house label for Revolver Records.

Jeff Barrett had run his Sub Aqua label out of 83 Clerkenwell Road in 1988
He released 2 Wishing Stones singles, 2 East Village singles and a single and album by Laugh, who would morph into Intastella in the future.

Alan McGee's Creation Records moved into 83 Clerkenwell Road in the summer of 1985 and left for 8 Westgate in 1989.
