Notes
"The oldest recording here is our take on Dame David Bowie's eighties pinnacle. The chords on the verse had always intrigued us, though the chorus sounded alarmingly similiar to Andrew Lloyd Webber's gloopy Broadway thing Memory. So we ditched that bit. We played it live on the 1993 UK tour with Pulp but never quite got it to make sound absolutely delicious in the studio." (Bob Stanley 2007)
