Anthony Sweeney
Anthony Sweeney designed many of Saint Etienne's early sleeves (and Icerink records too) from 1991 to 1995 under his name and other guises:
Studio Treefrog
M-Design
Fusion
Negativespace (1994-1997)
M Design was Anthony Sweeney's poor attempt to hide his freelance activities from his day job. He didn’t run away to join the circus until the year after So Tough was released. So Tough actually helped fund his first Macintosh.
Since 1997 Anthony has done freelance design and & art direction via Superbird Creative. They specialise in intelligent graphic design characterised by an imaginative and dynamic creative approach. He has done design work for the Chemical Brothers, Heavenly Recordings, other artists and other record labels.
