James Clarke Hook
James Clarke Hook (21 November 1819 – 14 April 1907) was an English painter and etcher of marine, genre and historical scenes, and landscapes. His painting was used as the basis of Peter Mennim's painting used for the cover of the UK pressing of Tiger Bay.
